摘    要:研究了草莓中的7种氨基甲酸酯农药(包括涕灭威亚砜、涕灭威砜、灭多威、3-羟基克百威、涕灭威、克百威、甲萘威)残留量的高效液相色谱测定方法。采用乙腈提取,氨基柱净化,C18柱色谱分离,FLD检测器检测,7种氨基甲酸酯农药在30 min内获得良好的分离,线性相关系数r2为0.999 174~0.999 987,检测限可达0.01~0.02 mg/kg,当添加水平为0.3 mg/kg时,回收率为86.7%~106.5%。该法快速灵敏,且易操作。

Determination of 7 Carbamate Pesticides Residue in Strawberry by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

Abstract:A method for determination of 7 carbamate pesticides residue (including aldicarb sulfoxide, aldicarb sulfone, methomyl, 3-hydroxyc- arbofuran, aldicarb, carbofuran, carbaryl)in strawberry by high performance liquid chromatography was investigated.The seven pesticides could be well separated within 30 min in a Cis column after being extracted with acetonitrile and cleaned up by solid-phase aminopropyl column.The pesticides were detected with FLD detector.As a spiked level was 0.3 mg/kg,the recovery of the method for the pesticides were 86.7%-106.5% ,the correlation coefficient ranged from 0.999 174 to 0.999 987, the detection limits were 0.01-0.02 mg/kg.The method is quick, sensitive and easy in operation.
