摘    要:本试验以植金石和红兰石、水苔、泥炭土4种材料按不同比例混配基质,以汕头市农科所自育的兜兰品系“兜1511”为试材,研究不同配比的基质对兜兰生长的影响,通过对其形态指标叶长、叶宽、株幅等进行比较分析,从中筛选出最适宜兜兰栽培的基质配比。试验结果表明:泥炭土作为一种自然环保的栽培基质,和植金石搭配种植兜兰,在肥力的吸收力和保持力上都很有优势,以植金石(大):泥炭土=2:1(V:V)是较为理想的配比基质,综合评价指数最高,达到了0.79,是本实验中最适合兜兰生长的基质配比,可为长须(Phiopedilum sanderianum)及魔帝类(Phiopedilum Maudiae)及其杂交品种栽培提供参考。

Selection of mixed media for Paphiopedilum cultivation
Abstract:In this experiment, four materials, phytolite and red blue stone, water moss, peat soil, were mixed with matrix in different proportions.Taking the Paphiopedilum strain "Paphiopedilum 1511", self-bred in Shantou Agricultural Science Institute, as the test material, the effects of different proportions of substrate on the growth of Paphiopedilum were studied. Through comparative analysis of its morphological indexes, such as leaf length, leaf width, plant width, etc. the most suitable ratio of substrate for Paphiopedilum cultivation was selected. Test results show that the peat soil cultivation matrix as a kind of natural environmental protection, and plant stone collocation planting pocket, on the absorption and retention of fertility are advantage, to plant stone (big) : peat soil = 2:1 (V: V) is the ideal matching matrix, a comprehensive evaluation index of the highest, reached 0.79,It is the most suitable matrix ratio for the growth of Paphiopedilum in this experiment, which can provide a reference for the cultivation of Phiopedilum sanderianum, Phiopedilum Maudiae and its hybrid varieties.
