| 摘 要： | 为探析泸州烟叶产业发展现状和应对策略，笔者运用SWOT模型，分析了泸州烟叶产业的优势（strengths）、劣势（weakness）、机会（opportunity）和威胁（threats），结合内部因素和用外部环境构建了产业SWOT模型分析矩阵图，提出了（SO）策略、（WO）策略、（ST）策略、（WT）策略，以期为提升泸州烟叶产业市场竞争力和高质量发展水平提供科学参考依据。

| Abstract: | iin order to explore the development status and Countermeasures of Luzhou tobacco industry, the author uses SWOT model to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Luzhou tobacco industry. Combined with internal factors and external environment, the industrial SWOT model analysis matrix is constructed, and (so) strategy, (WO) strategy and (st) strategy are put forward Strategy, (WT) strategy, in order to provide scientific reference for improving the market competitiveness and high-quality development level of Luzhou tobacco industry. |
