黄土高原典型县域土地利用效益评价

探究黄土高原生态脆弱区典型县的土地利用效益，旨在有效协调土地利用经济、社会、生态效益三者间关系，实现区域土地的综合高效利用，促进区域社会经济发展，为同类型地区提供参考。以黄土高原生态脆弱区典型县山西省交城县为研究区，基于交城县土地经济、社会、生态三方面视角，通过构建土地利用经济—社会—生态效益评价指标体系，运用土地利用综合指数、耦合协调模型对2006—2018 年交城县土地利用效益进行评价测度，揭示其时序演变特征及成因。结果表明：（1）2006—2018年，交城县各土地利用类型数量变化中耕地呈现线性下降趋势；建设用地呈现线性增长趋势；林地、草地、水域多年维持同一水平。（2）2006—2018年，交城县土地资源利用效益呈现3种演变趋势，其中，土地利用综合效益与经济效益为线性增长趋势，生态效益为“向上开口的抛物线”型增长趋势，社会效益为多年维持同一水平，土地资源利用效益的演变趋势与社会经济发展趋势保持一致。（3）2006—2018年，交城县土地利用经济—社会—生态效益之间耦合协调度呈现增长趋势，但增长趋缓，研究期内交城县土地利用效益各子系统间长期处于失调状态，且以轻度失调为主，协调性亟待进一步提升。交城县土地资源利用效益及耦合协调度演变趋势与其脆弱的环境本底及资源型地区经济转型困难度有关。应注重提高对土地资源的利用率，进一步优化土地利用结构，促进研究区土地资源效益的有效提高。

Land Use Efficiency Evaluation of Typical Counties in Loess Plateau

Objective] The purpose of exploring the land use benefits of typical counties in ecologically fragile areas of the Loess Plateau is to effectively coordinate the relationship among land use economy, society and ecological benefits, realize the comprehensive and efficient utilization of regional land, promote regional social and economic development, and provide reference for the same type of regions. Methods] In this paper, Jiaocheng County, Shanxi Province, a typical county in the ecologically fragile region of the Loess Plateau, is taken as the research area. Based on the perspective of land economy, society and ecology in Jiaocheng County, the economic-social-ecological benefit evaluation index system of land use is constructed. The comprehensive index of land use and the coupling coordination model are used to evaluate and measure the land use benefit of Jiaocheng County from 2006 to 2018, and the temporal evolution characteristics and causes are revealed. Results] The results show: (1) From 2006 to 2018, cultivated land showed a linear downward trend in the quantitative change of land use types in Jiaocheng County. Construction land showed a linear growth trend. Forest land, grassland and water area maintain the same level for many years. (2) From 2006 to 2018, the utilization efficiency of land resources in Jiaocheng County showed three evolution trends. Among them, the comprehensive benefit of land use and economic benefit showed a linear growth trend, the ecological benefit showed a parabolic growth trend of upward opening, and the social benefit maintained the same level for many years. The evolution trend of land resource utilization efficiency was consistent with the development trend of social economy. (3) From 2006 to 2018, the coupling coordination degree between economic, social and ecological benefits of land use in Jiaocheng County showed an increasing trend, but the growth slowed down. During the study period, the subsystems of land use efficiency in Jiaocheng County were in a state of imbalance for a long time, and were mainly mild imbalance, and the coordination needs to be further improved. The evolution trend of land resource utilization efficiency and coupling coordination degree in Jiaocheng County is related to its fragile environmental background and the difficulty of economic transformation in resource-based regions. Conclusion] In the future, attention should be paid to improving the utilization rate of land resources, further optimizing the land use structure, and promoting the effective improvement of land resource benefits in the study area.
