超临界CO_2萃取杜香挥发油工艺优化及成分分析

摘    要:采用正交试验法对超临界CO2萃取杜香挥发油的条件进行了优化,得到了超临界CO2萃取杜香挥发油的最佳试验条件,并用GC-MS对超临界CO2萃取杜香挥发油分析成分。结果表明:超临界CO2萃取杜香挥发油最佳条件:颗粒度为80目、萃取压力为40 MPa、萃取温度为35℃。气相色谱-质谱联用分析表明:其中主要成分为羽扇豆醇(12.43%)、羽扇烯酮(10.12%)、异龙脑(4.44%)、桃金娘烯醛(4.02%)、表蓝桉醇(2.85%),顺-β-松油醇(2.49%)、玫瑰醚(2.28%)。

Component Analysis and Technique Optimization of Super Critical Carbon Dioxide Fluid Extraction of Oils in Ledum palustre L. var. dilioatum Wahl

Abstract:Orthogonal design of three factors at three levels was applied to the optimization of super critical carbon dioxide extraction conditions of volatile oils in Ledum palustre L. var. dilioatum wahl. The essence oil from the cinnamon was measured with GC-MS.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were determined as granularity was 80 mesh,pressure was 40 MPa,temperature was 35℃. GC-MS analysis showed that the main components were Lupeol(12.43%),Lup-20(29)-en-3-one(10.12%),Bicyclo 2.2.1]heptan-2-ol,1,5,5-trimethyl-(4.44%),Myrtenal(4.02%),epiglobulol(2.85%),cis-β-Terpineol(2.49%),Rose Oxide(2.28%).
