河北省主栽海棠品种抗寒性研究

摘    要:选取河北省主栽的14个海棠品种(系)1a生休眠枝条为试材,测定其人工低温胁迫下的电解质渗出率,结合Logistic方程计算半致死温度(LT50),测定不同低温处理下的枝条发芽率。结果表明,1a生海棠枝条休眠枝条在低温处理下电解质渗出率变化呈s型曲线,随着温度的降低,枝条萌芽率降低。半致死温度能准确反映海棠品种的抗寒性,河北省主栽海棠品种抗寒性由强到弱的顺序为:八棱海棠>雪球>紫色经典>红珠宝>当娜>汤美林>印第安魔力>紫王子>高原之火>绚丽>皇家雨点>亚当>丰盛。

Research on Cold Resistance of Dominant Malus Species in Hebei
Abstract:Taking 1a dormant branches of 14 Malus species in Hebei as test materials, the electrical conductivity was determined to investigate the change of electrolyte leakage rate under different low temperatures, and Logistic equation was used to calculate their respective semi lethal temperature (LT50). Also, the germination rate was determined under different low temperatures treatment. Result showed that the electrolyte leakage rate under different low temperatures decreased as S-shaped curve with the decrease of treatment temperature,accompanied by the decrease of germination rate. LT50 can be used as a reliable indicator to evaluate the cold resistance of Malus. The cold resistance (from strong to weak) of 14 Malus species in Hebei was as follows: Micromalus>Snowdrift>Purple Classic>Jewelcole>Donald Wyman> Tamlin> Indian Magic>Purple Prince>Plateau Fire>Radiant>Royal Raindrops> Adams> Profusion.
