红掌组织培养技术研究进展

红掌是一种珍贵的观叶和观花兼具的植物,既可用于切花,又可以盆栽,已成为全球销售量仅次于热带兰的第二大商品花卉。目前红掌主要通过组织培养技术大量繁殖。对红掌组织培养的研究进展进行了综述,包括从外植体取材、愈伤组织诱导、不定芽分化和增殖、生根培养、炼苗移栽等方面内容,并提出了红掌组织培养存在的问题和今后研究的方向。

Research Advances on Tissue Culture of Anthurium andraeanum

Anthurium andraenum which is commonly grown for cut flower or pot culture is a rare flowering and foliage plant.In recent years,its trade value is only next to orchids in world market.Anthurium andraeanum is mainly produced through the tissue culture technology.The research advances on tissue culture of Anthurium andraeanum were reviewed in this paper,including choosing explants,callus induction,adventitious shoots induction and proliferation,rooting,acclimatization.Furthermore,it pointed out the difficulties that might have and directions for future research in the tissue culture of Anthurium andraeanum.
