微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收法测定底泥中铊的含量

摘    要:用微波消解法与电热板消解法消解国家标准物质,用石墨炉原子吸收法测定消解液中铊的含量,比较2种消解方法的精密度和准确度。试验结果表明,微波消解法的相对标准偏差为4.6%,电热板消解法为8.3%,2种方法的测定结果与标准值基本一致;用微波消解法处理实际样品,结果令人满意。

Determination of Thallium in Sediments by Microwave Digestion-Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

Abstract:Both the microwave digestion method and the electric heating plate digestion were used by GF-AAS in the determination of thallium in the National Standard Reference Materials,and the precisions and accuracies were compared.The results showed that the relative standard deviations(RSD) of microwave digestion method and electric heating plate digestion were 4.6% and 8.3% respectively.The results were in good agreement with the recommended values.Microwave digestion was used in sediment samples,and satisfactory results were gotten.
