摘    要:研究了蔬菜中的氨基甲酸酯农药(包括涕灭威、涕灭威亚砜、涕灭威砜、灭多威、3-羟基克百威、克百威和甲萘威)残留量的高效液相色谱测定方法。采用乙腈提取,经氨基固相柱层析净化后,C18柱色谱分离,采用荧光检测器检测,其激发波长为330 nm,发射波长为465 nm,7种农药在30 min内获得良好的分离,线性相关系数r为0.999 8~1.000 0,检测限可达11.9~24.3μg/kg,当添加水平为0.5 mg/kg时,回收率范围为75.3%~100.2%。该法灵敏度高,且易操作。

Determination of 7 Methylcarbamate Pesticides Residue in Vegetables by High Performance Liquid Chromatography
Abstract:A method for determination of 7 methylcarbamate pesticides residue(including aldicarb,aldicarb sulfoxide,aldicarb sulfone,methomyl, 3-hydroxycarbofuran,carbofuran and carbaryl)in vegetables by high performance liquid chromatography was investigated.The seven pesticides could be well separated within 30 min in a C18 column after pretrating of sample by extacting with acetonitrile and cleaning up with a amino solid phase extraction column.The pesticides were detected with fluorescence detector(λex=330 nm and λem=465 nm).As a spiked level was 0.5 mg/kg,the recovery of the method for the pesticides were 75.3% ~100.2%,the correlation coefficient ranged from 0.999 8 to 1.000 0,the detection limits were 11.9~24.3 μg/kg.The method is highly sensitive and easy in operation.
