| 摘 要： | 以尾巨桉DH32-29最低位的萌芽条为外植体,利用组织培养进行继代重复培养(不少于5次),对比分析尾巨桉提纯复壮效果。结果表明:复壮苗与经过继代3年的未复壮苗相比,其继代周期缩短6d,增殖倍数提高1.09倍,生根率提高17.31%,移栽成活率提高20.19%,较未复壮苗有一定优势。

| Abstract: | Based on tissue culture,taking bud tips from the lowest part of DH32-29(E.urophylla×E.grandis),subulture was taken at least five times aimed at comparing the effect of purification and rejuvenescence.Results showed that compared with the not rejuvenated material having the subculture cycle of 3 years,the rejuvenated material shorted 6 days,multiplication improved 1.09 times,rooting rate increased by 17.31%,and engraftment increased by 20.19%,thus it was superior to the not rejuvenated one. |
