摘    要:通过盆栽试验,对4种园林植物幼苗在不同浓度盐胁迫下生长情况及渗透调节物质的变化进行研究。结果表明,随着盐浓度的升高,4种植物的盐害指数均显著上升;金叶素馨、红花素馨和红白忍冬的根冠比呈现先上升后下降的趋势,而郁香忍冬的根冠比在低盐浓度时无明显变化,至150mmol/L时才显著增加;金叶素馨和红白忍冬的根系活力随着盐浓度的增加而下降,红花素馨的根系活力则在50mmol/L盐浓度时有明显的上升,郁香忍冬则一直无明显变化;4种植物的叶绿素含量随着盐浓度的增加呈下降趋势,其中红花素馨的下降幅度相对较小;4种植物的脯氨酸含量随着盐胁迫的加重都有上升趋势,但可溶性糖含量的变化趋势却不尽相同。以上结果说明4种植物在受到盐害时均能产生积极响应,并通过增加根冠比、合成有机渗透调节物质等来适应盐胁迫。

Abstract:Four species of landscape plants seedlings were used to study their growth and osmotic adjustment substances under salt stress.The results showed that,the salt injury index of the four species increased significantly along with the increase of saline concentration,the root/shoot ratio of Jasminum officinale ’Fiona Sunrise’,J.officinale ’Inverleith’ and Lonicera japonica var.chinensis first increased followed by a decrease;however,no significance was observed except for 150 mmol/L NaCl treatment in L.fragrantissima.The root activity of Jasminum officinale ’Fiona Sunrise’ and Lonicera japonica var.chinensis decreased along with increasing of saline concentration;however,a significant increase was observed under 50 mmol/L NaCl treatment in Jasminum officinale ’Inverleith’,and no obvious change was present in Lonicera fragrantissima.The chlorophyll contents of the four plants decreased with the increase of saline concentration,but a less decline was observed in Jasminum officinal ’Inverleith’ compared to others.The proline content of the four species increased along with salt stress,but the change patterns of soluble sugar content were different in the four species.Taken together,these plants show a positive response to salt stress,and further adapt to stress by increasing the root/shoot ratio,synthetic organic osmotic adjustment substances.
