| 摘 要： | 高产奶牛繁殖性能下降与能量负平衡(NEB)有关。NEB可通过抑制LH脉冲频率、降低血浆葡萄糖、胰岛素和胰岛素样生长-1(IGF-I)因子浓度,从而造成奶牛分娩后首次排卵间隔延长;NEB可造成血浆孕酮含量下降,导致繁殖性能下降;高蛋白日粮也可造成繁殖力下降。 |

| Abstract: | Lower reproductive performance of high producing dairy cows is associated with negative energy balance(NEB). NEB delays the time of first ovulation through inhibition of LH pulse frequency and low levels of blood glucose, insulin and insulin-like growth factor-I (IGF-I). NEB reduces serum progesterone concentrations and fertility. Diets high in crude protein are also associated with lower reproductive performance. |
