摘    要:在单因素试验的基础上,运用Box-Behnken中心组合试验和响应面法考察了液料比、超声提取时间、温度3个因素对花色苷提取率的影响,并优化了提取工艺。结果表明,紫叶李叶片花色苷最佳工艺条件为:提取剂0.1%盐酸甲醇,超声(功率300W)提取时间5min,温度78℃,液料比51∶1(V/m)。在此条件下,花色苷的提取率预测值为2 291.96±72.37mg/kg,验证值为2 467.42±69.58mg/kg,与预测值的相对误差为7.42%,说明利用响应面法优化超声辅助有机溶剂提取紫叶李叶片花色苷工艺可行。

Abstract:Single-factor extraction tests and response surface methodology (RSM) were employed to optimize the extraction conditions for anthocyanins from leaves of Prunus cerasifera. Extraction time, solvent-solid ratio and ultrasound temperature were investigated. The results demonstrated that the optimum extraction conditions for anthocyanins were as follows: extraction time 5 min, ultrasound temperature 78 ℃ and liquid-solid ratio 51 : 1 (V/m), ultrasound power 300 W. Under the optimum conditions,the theoretical extraction rate was 2 291. 96±72. 37 mg/kg, while the extraction rate of anthocyanins actually measured was 2 467.42±69.58 mg/kg, with relative error of 7.42%,which revealed response surface methodology was feasible to optimize the ultrasonic assisted extraction of anthocyandins from leaves of P. cerasifera using organic solvent.
