不同浓度海水配制营养液对蕹菜生长和品质的影响

摘    要:本试验选用耐高温适应性强的蕹菜,采用营养液水培,研究7%、14%和21%浓度海水对蕹菜生长和品质的影响。试验结果表明,各浓度海水处理的蕹菜生物量都显著低于对照,其中7%和14%海水营养液处理F的蕹菜生物量可以达到一定产量、分别为对照的80%和57%。在第2次收获中,7%浓度海水营养液处理的蕹菜中硝酸盐含量与对照相比没有显著性差异.但是随着海水浓度的升高,14%和21%浓度海水营养液处理中硝酸盐的含量逐渐降低。蕹菜中Na^+含量随着海水浓度的增加而增加,而K^+、Ca^2+和Mg^2+含量是随着海水浓度的增加而递减的。
