芸苔素内酯与苯甲丙环唑协同防控玉米小斑病初步研究

摘    要:为了研究芸苔素内酯与苯甲丙环唑共同作用防控玉米小斑病,利用生长速率法和孢子萌发法以及人工接种方法,测定芸苔素内酯对玉米小斑病菌的抑制作用,同时调查其防效并测定防御反应各项指标。结果显示,芸苔素内酯对玉米小斑病菌菌落及孢子均无明显抑制作用。施用芸苔素内酯和减量苯甲丙环唑混剂与单一施用常规用量苯甲丙环唑防效相近,防御反应结果基本一致,且发病前喷药效果更佳。因此本研究证实,利用芸苔素内酯可以减少苯甲丙环唑的用量且达到相同的防病效果,从而降低对环境的污染。

Abstract:To study the prevention and control of Bipolaris maydis with brassinolide and chemical pesticides,the methods of growth rate,spore germination and artificial infection were used to determine the inhibition of B.maydis by spraying brassinolide and to investigate the control efficiency and the kinds of reaction.The results showed that there was no apparent inhibition of B.maydis after brassinolide was sprayed.It also showed that the results of control efficiency and level of defensive reaction have no obvious differences between the treatments of spraying brassinolide with decrement of Difenoconazole·Propiconazole EC and only spraying Difenoconazole·Propiconazole EC.It also suggested that it would be better if the pesticide has been sprayed before invasion.Therefore,this study concluded that it would attain the same effect of disease prevention by using brassinolide to supply the decrement of Difenoconazole·Propiconazole EC in order to reduce the environment pollution.
