摘    要:2010年秋季在上海奉贤一有刺黄瓜大棚内,黄瓜中下部叶片上出现一种圆形、多角形或不规则形灰白色病斑,其病斑中央有黄褐色斑点,株发病率达100%.根据病原菌形态,并通过病原菌rDNA ITS的序列测定、比对及进化树分析,上海地区黄瓜叶片上出现的靶斑症状其病原为多主棒孢霉(Corynespora cassiicola).

Abstract:In autumn of 2010,a new type of symptom,circular,poly-angular or irregular,gray lesions,typically featured with straw yellow target-spot in the center,was observed on the thorn cucumber leaves with the 100% plant incidence in a greenhouse in Fengxian district of Shanghai.Based on morphological identification,rDNA ITS sequence comparison and phylogenetic analyses,Corynespora cassiicola is identified as the pathogen for the target spot disease on leaves of cucumber in Shanghai.
