水稻条纹叶枯病病毒RT-PCR快速检测研究

摘    要:水稻条纹叶枯病是由灰飞虱传播的病毒性病害,近年来对长江下游地区的水稻生产带来严重危害。根据水稻条纹叶枯病病毒基因组序列的信息,在其外壳蛋白基因和毒蛋白基因的两侧设计2对引物,对感染病毒的植物和正常未感染植株进行扩增,可以在感病植株中分别扩增出水稻条纹叶枯病病毒基因组特有的2个条带,而在正常植株中未能扩增相关的条带。这就建立了水稻条纹叶枯病病毒检测体系,还对建立条纹叶枯病病毒检测体系在该病预测预报中的作用进行了讨论。

Abstract:Rice stripe disease,caused by rice stripe virus(RSV),has led to s ev ere yield loss in some regions in Yangtze River in recent years. The identificat ion of RSV in the small brown planthopper(Laodelphax striatellus) ,rice and hos t plant is of a great need for the disease forecasting. Two pairs of primers to amplify the cap protein(CP) and disease- specific protein(SP) were designed. Tw o bands with over 500 bp and 900 bp were obtained in infected rice plants, respe ctively; while no bands were obtained in non- infected rice plants. This approa ch can be used for early detection of RSV in infected rice and other host plants . It can provide useful information for overcoming the disease damage.
