上农玉芹及其亲本的比较研究

摘    要:上农玉芹是以上海黄心芹为母本.美芹为父本杂交选育而成的新类型.通过同工酶的分析和截面积,维管束数目和每株叶数和复叶小叶数等的比较分析,证明上农玉芹的过氧化物酶同工酶的谱带除具有双亲特征外,还出现双亲所不具备的谱带、上农玉芹的每株叶片数和复叶的小叶数以及截面积等均介于双亲之间.这些形态指标与上农玉芹产量高于母本而具有脆嫩等特点相吻合.

Abstract:Yuqin celery of Shanghai Agricultural College is a new type hybridized from ShanghaiHuangxinqin celery as a maternal plant and European celery as a paternal plant. It is proved that zymogrampatterns of peroxidase isoenzymes of Yuqin celery not only have the characteristics of its parents, but also thezymogram pattems that its parents do not have, through the analysis of isoenzyme and the comparative analysis of the cross section area, the number of vascular bundle and that of small leaves in compound leaves.The leaf number and the small leaf number of the compound leaves of the cross section area of ShangnonYuqin celery are all between those of its parents. These forms and indexes are in line with the characteristicsof Yuqin celery which is higher in yield and is crisp and tender.
