荷兰水仙鳞茎花芽分化与开花调节

在上海气候条件下,对荷兰水仙滨莎与荷兰船长2个品种进行了鳞茎花芽分化与开花调节研究。结果表明,荷兰水仙鳞茎在5月中下旬开始花芽分化,历时约2个月,到7月底完成全部花器官分化;鳞茎进行6至11周冷藏处理,对开花有促成作用,冷处理时间的长短决定开花早晚与花葶高度,冷处理时间越长,开花越早,花葶越高。研究对国内进行荷兰水仙生产与应用有一定实际意义。

Study on Bulb Differentiation and Flower Control of Holland Narcissus

The two varieties Holland Narcissus which are Pinza and Dutch Master were used to study the process of buds differentiation and chilling effects for the flower control in Shanghai.The results showed that the bulbs were beginning to differentiation in middle May,finished all floral organs differentiation in late July.Chilling treatment of the narcissus bulbs plays a great role in promoting efflorescence.The length of chilling treatment for bulbs decided the narcissus plant blooming time,the longer the chilling period for the bulbs,the earlier the narcissus plant is efflorescence,during the 6~11 weeks' chilling treatment,the longer the chilling is,the earlier the plant blooms and the higher the flower stem are.That can be used as the foundations for narcissus flower control in agricultural production.
