实验小鼠肠道寄生虫观察

摘    要:本文对开放式设施内饲养的7个品系中351只实验小鼠的肠道寄生虫作了观察。共检出方种寄生虫;毛滴虫、鼠贾第虫、鼠六鞭虫、隐藏管状线虫、四翼无刺线虫和微小膜壳绦虫;其感染率为:毛滴虫100%、鼠贾第虫49.57%、鼠六鞭虫22.51%、隐藏管状线虫58.40%、四翼无刺线虫21.94%、微小膜壳绦虫21.37%。

Abstract:The laboratory mice of 7 strains,a total of 351 mice,wer examined for intestinal parasites.The laboratory mice of C_(57)BL/6,ICR,BALB/C,DBA/2, TA_1,TA_2,C_3H and 615 strains were bred in open system at our center.The age of mice was varied from the young to the old. The results showed that there were three species of intestinal protozoa: Trichomonas sp.,Giardia muris and Hexamita muris.The three species of intestinal helminths including pinworm and tapeworm were Syphacia obvelata,Aspiculuris letraptera and Hymenolepis nana. The positive rate of intestinal protozoa were Trichomonas sp.,100%,Giardia muris 49.57% and Hexamita muris 22.51%.The positive rates of intestinal hel- minths were Syphacia obvelata 58.40%,Aspiculuris tetraptera 21.94% and Hym- nolepis nana 21.37%.Among 7 strains of laboratory mice,the strain of the most severe infestation with Syphacia obvelata was C_(57)BL/6,C_3H strain for Aspiculuris tetraptera,ICR strain for Hymenolepis nana and Hexamita muris,TA_1 and C_3H strains for Giardia muris.
