Research on Systematic Training Methods of Basketball Game Skills

As the basketball game evolves from the simple and singular level to more complicated, and new competition strategies and skills have been created, the training methods of basketball games change towards the direction of a more scientific and systematic training system. This article reviewed the development of basketball skills and analyzed the singular skill, combined team skill, fake skill, specialized skill, and competition skill. Based on such review and analyses, this article also discussed the patterns of and the relationships between above mentioned skills. The article has significance in providing references for the development of basketball game trainings.
