摘    要:雨水源头调蓄系统建设是上海海绵城市建设推进过程中重要的一环。本文针对上海市闸北共康绿地改造项目,应用实地踏勘、模拟实验等方法对该地改造工程方案进行设计,并对其雨洪管控效益建设效果进行评估。结果表明有针对性地设置雨水源头调蓄系统能使区域内雨水管控能力大幅提高,在上海2年一遇降雨标准下能有效延缓洪峰30~40 min,减少径流29%,满足该地87.1%径流控制要求,削减总磷、总氮、氨氮、化学需氧量和悬浮物等污染物9%~66%。

Abstract:The construction of rainwater source regulation system is an important part of Shanghai sponge city construction process.This paper evaluates the effect of rainwater control on the reconstruction project of the Gongkang green space in Shanghai.The results show that the ability of rainwater control can be improved by adding rainwater source regulation system,as the flooding can be effectively delayed by 30~40 min and runoff can be reduced by 29%,which meets the 87.1% runoff control line.Reduction of total phosphorus,total nitrogen,ammonia nitrogen,chemical oxygen demand and suspended solids and other pollutants can be up to 9%~66%.
