观赏型羽衣甘蓝新品系的选育及其主要遗传性状的传递规律初探

摘    要:采用多代蕾期人工自交后代分离的方法,选育出了7个优良观赏型羽衣甘蓝新品系,并综合评价了这7个新品系的主要园艺学性状和抗逆性表现,结果表明,7个单系中Ok-1和Ok-4的综合抗逆性较强,花期也较长,Ok-5的花色最为鲜艳独特,这些品系均能在上海地区越冬,通过对各品种F2代主要遗传性状的分离表现及部分品系间杂交F1代主要性状的遗传传递规律分析表明:皱叶对圆叶,裂叶对圆叶,裂叶对皱叶表现为不完全显性遗传,花色性状的遗传传递规律表现为:紫色对粉色,紫色对白 色表现显性遗传,而粉色对白色表现嵌合遗传 。

Abstract:7excellent new lines of ornamental kale, selected and bred through manual selfing of many generations, were comprehensively estimated on their main horticultural characters and resistance character, and genetic characteristics of ornamental kale. The results showed that Ok-1 and Ok-4 have strong comprehensive resistance and long ornamental period. Ok-5 has particular leaf in gay colours. All of 7 lines can live through cold winter in Shanghai. Preliminary study on inheritance showed that crapy leaf has incomplete dominant inheritance to orbicularl leaf as chapped leaf to orbicularl leaf and chapped leaf to crapy leaf. Purple of leaf shows dominant inheritance to pink as purple to white and pink shows mosaic inheritance to white.
