进境小麦净度检测国内外标准方法比较分析

摘    要:为明确进境小麦净度检验中适宜使用的方法,研究选取美国、加拿大、澳大利亚进口的小麦产品,分别使用中国(GB)、美国(FGIS)、加拿大(CGC)和澳大利亚(AWB)标准进行检验。结果表明在杂质检验中,中国标准与其他标准间均有显著差异。中国标准结果比按FGIS、CGC、AWB标准的检验结果分别高出0.24%、0.067%、0.23%。在损伤粒检验中,按中国标准的检验结果与按CGC、AWB标准的检验结果差异不显著,中国标准与FGIS标准间有显著差异,平均结果高出0.51%。上述结果说明在小麦杂质检验中各国方法间差异较大,建议实验人员在小麦杂质检验中关注产地信息选用检验方法。在小麦损伤粒检验中,中国标准与CGC标准、AWB标准间均无显著差异,建议对进境加拿大小麦和澳大利亚小麦优先使用中国标准检测逐步替代上述两国标准。

Abstract:Standards of China(GB),USA(FGIS),Canada(CGC) and Australia(AWB) were used to determine the purities of imported wheat to evaluate their differences.The proportions of foreign material determined by GB were 0.24%,0.067% and 0.23% higher than by FGIS,CGC,and AWB,respectively.Damaged kernel determined by GB was 0.51% higher than by FGIS but no significant differences were found between the test results by GB,CGC and AWB.Therefore,it is suggested that testers pay special attention to country information before testing the foreign materials while GB may be used to test the damaged kernel of wheat imported from Canada and Australia.
