转Bt基因大豆植株中Bt毒蛋白的表达

摘    要:采用ELISA定量测定法研究了转Bt基因大豆不同生长时期不同器官中Bt毒蛋白含量的变化,结果表明:转Bt基因大豆不同器官在不同生育期Bt毒蛋白含量表现出较大的差异:大豆顶叶中Bt毒蛋白的表达随着大豆植株的生长不断加强,苗期顶叶中Bt毒蛋白的表达比较旺盛,在分枝期略有下降,且在分枝期保持在一个相对稳定的状态,在开花期时顶叶中的Bt毒蛋白含量又明显增加,直到成熟期;在相同生育期内,转基因大豆营养器官中Bt毒蛋白的含量高于生殖器官.根中的Bt毒蛋白含量最高,茎其次,叶中的Bt毒蛋白含量最低.花和幼荚器官中的Bt毒蛋白含量虽然相对低于其他器官中的Bt毒蛋白含量,但仍处于较高的水平.新生幼荚中的Bt毒蛋白含量在同时期的其它器官中含量最低,但是其Bt毒蛋白的含量在30d后开始迅速增加.

Abstract:Content of Bacillus thuringiensis insecticidal protein in Bt trans ge nic soybean plant was studied by Elisa method in this paper. It is showed that s ignificant differences of Bt protein contents existed in different parts of plan t and different growth stages. In the different growth stage,the Bt protein con tents in top leaves increased as plants growing. The Bt protein contents of top leaves in seedling stage were high. And it had a litte drop in ramification stag e and kept stable until flowering,then the Bt protein contents in top leaves in creased in flower stage and mature stage. In the same stage,the Bt protein cont ents in vegetative organs were higher than that in reproductive organs. Within t he same stage,the Bt protein contents in the roots is the highest,secondly the stems,and the lowest is in leaves. The Bt protein contents in flowers and youn g pods were lower than that in the other organs,but it was in higher level. You ng pod had the lowest Bt protein contents among the organs,but it runed up afte r 30 days.
