香水莲花多糖粗提物的除蛋白及抗氧化活性研究

摘    要:为了寻找新型天然抗氧化剂,对香水莲花(Nymphaea hybrid)多糖粗提物进行了除蛋白纯化并测定了纯化产物的抗氧化活性。实验结果表明,三氯乙酸法(TCA)的除蛋白效果优于Sevage法和TCA-Sevage法,其蛋白清除率为70.49%,多糖损失率29.24%。TCA法除蛋白后的多糖,对1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH)自由基和羟自由基都有较强的清除能力,且与浓度呈量效关系,有一定的还原能力,对脂质过氧化抑制效果明显,具有一定的抗氧化活性。

Abstract:The present study compared the deproteinzation methods for crude polysaccharide from Nymphaea hybrid and investigated antioxidant activity of the purified products.The TCA methods gave the best results (with 70.49% protein removal and 29.24% polysaccharide loss) followed by Sevage and Sevage-TCA methods.The product purified by TCA method provided remarkable scavenging effects against DPPH radical and hydroxyl radical(·OH) with a dose dependent manner.Besides,inhibitory effect of the product on lipid peroxidation was observed,showing its antioxidant capacity.
