摘    要:以V3和V5 2种蓝莓为研究对象,测定了蓝莓叶提取物中的总酚含量、清除自由基(DPPH法)能力和还原力的大小,分析了不同品种、成熟度及提取方法对蓝莓叶提取物生物活性的差异性影响。结果表明,蓝莓成熟度和提取方法不同,所得提取物中的总酚含量、清除自由基能力和总还原力均有显著差异,相与95%乙醇振荡提取和酸碱提取所得提取物比,50%乙醇的振荡提取物具有更强的生物活性。实验结果将对深化具有天然生物活性的蓝莓叶的开发利用具有一定指导意义。

Abstract:Based on V3 and V5 two blueberry varieties as the research objects, the effects of the different varieties, maturity and extraction methods on the biological activities of blueberry leaves were investigated, and total phenolic content in the blueberry leaf extract, the abilities scavenging free radical (DPPH) and the size of the total reducing power were determined. The results show that all of the total phenolic acid, the abilities of scavenging free radicals and the reducing capacity were significantly different in different extraction methods and maturity. The extraction by 50~//oo ethanol had stronger biological activity than that by 90~ ethanol. This results are useful to the further development and utilization of blueberry leaves with natural bioactivities.
