| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了国外奶牛业生产经营一体化模式下合作社、专业协会和企业集团的三种组织形式;分析了国外奶牛业生产经营呈现出的区域化、规模化、科学化、市场化以及加工型、控制型的特点;展望了国外奶牛业未来乳制品的结构和组织经营形式的转换趋势.在此基础上,归纳了国外奶牛业生产经营的经验对我国奶牛业健康、持续发展的三方面启示.

| Abstract: | This article introduces three organizational forms- cooperation, specialized association and enterprise group under the mode of agribusiness in overseas dairy industry, and analyses the features of regionalizing, production scale, science orienting, market orienting and the features of processing and controlling in the production and business of overseas dairy industry. It also gives the outlook of the transformation trend of the structure and organizational form of the overseas dairy product sector in the future. Based on the above, three aspects in the experience from overseas dairy production and business are summarized as an inspiration to the healthy and sustainable development of the Chinese dairy industry. |
