上农香糯品质及其分析

摘    要:上农香糯已于1987年10月通过市级技术鉴定,是当前上海地区高产、优质的糯稻新品种之一。本文对上农香糯的米粒外观、碾米品质、蒸煮和食用品质以及营养品质进行分析,取得了定量数值,为今后更好地开发和利用提供可靠依据。

Abstract:It was determined in Octocer,1987.The Shangnong fragrant glutinous rice (Shanghai Agricultural College)was one of new species of glutinous rice,which was high yield and good quality in Shanghai area.This paper analysed the size of grain,the quality in rice milling,the cooking,eating and nutrient quality of Shangnong fragrant glutinous rice.These quantitative data had been obtained in it.It provided reliable basis for developing and using this glutinous rice fur- ther.
