灵芝发酵液浓缩固形物生物活性研究

A research for the health care function Of concentrated solids in Li Zhi GL-2 strain fermentation liquid

In the present study we mainly observed the effects of concentrated solids in Li Zhi GL-2 strain fermentation liquid on macrophage function, it was found that these solids stimulated the phagocytosis of maerophage in the test tube or mice in vive. Moreover, a research for hepatoprctective activity proved that the concentrated solids in Li Zhi Gl-2 strain fermentation liquid obsiously decreased GPT activity in liver intoxicated mice and GOT as well. A research for tolerance activity of mice showed that swimming records of mice was obviously prolonged and the tolerance activity had been improved by the concentrated solids in Lin Zhi GL-2 strain fermentation liquid. A research for lipid-peroxidation proved that concentrated solid in Li Zhi GL-2 strain fermentation liquid can obviously decreased the MDA levels of heart liver homogenate and liver mitcchondriun caused by 50% alcohol.
