魔芋再生植株形态发生途径的细胞组织学观察

摘    要:本研究发现魔芋再生植株的形态发生途径除愈伤组织发生不定芽生根外,还有愈伤组织发生不定根再生芽、发生小块茎出芽、形成体细胞胚和块茎休眠芽萌发直接成苗等4种.还发现魔芋体细胞胚的发生不同于植物组织培养中体细胞胚形成的一般情况,它有时发生在芽苞片切口处和愈伤组织表面,有时发生在愈伤组织内部,前者由多细胞的拟分生组织发育而成,后者起源于单个胚原始细胞.胚原细胞分裂产生二细胞原胚,之后无序分裂发育形成具有明显珠芽结构的块茎原始体.

Abstract:Except for the organogeny way of adventitious shoot differentiation in Amorphophallus rivieri tissue culture, this article reported another 4 ways which were root formation before the shoot formation, small tuber formation, embroid formation and dormant bud of explant developing into plantlet directly. Embriod formation of A.rivieri was a special one in vitro which was different from the common way. The cmbroids occurred both in the surface of calli and cuttings of bud-scale or occurred in the internal part of calli. The former developed from calli of meristemoid. But the latter originated from single cell-proembryo cell. Its division formed bicell original embryo, which divided disorderly and developed into bulblet which showed obvious bulbil structure.
