摘    要:用叶圆盘生测法测定了30种植物不同组织部位的丙酮提取液对甜瓜霜霉病菌(Pseudoperonospora cubensis)的防治效果,其中侧柏(Piota orientalis (L.)Endl.)叶,马尾松(Pinus massoniana Larmb.)针和泽漆(Euphorbia helioscopia L.)茎叶混样的丙酮提取液在离体叶圆盘的防效分别为100.0%、100.0%和93.3%,其他植物提取液均无明显抑菌效果。上述3种植物提取液的室内盆栽试验结果表明,7d后对甜瓜霜霉病的预防效果分别为95.2%、96.5%和93.9%。

Abstract:The control efficacies of different tissues extracts of 30 plants against Pseudoperonospora cubensis was tested by the leaf discs tests. The results showed that the extracts of the leaf of Piota orientalis (L.) Endl.,the leaf of Pinus massoniana Larmb. and the stem as well as leaf of Euphorbia helioscopia L. had a good control efficacies of 100.0,100.0% and 93.3%,respectively. The other plant extracts didn't have any control efficacy. The pot tests of these three plant extracts showed that their control efficacies at 7 days were 95.2%,96.5% and 93.9%,respectively.
