摘    要:研究了不同浓度茉莉酸甲酯(MeJA)水溶液浸泡种球及叶面喷施对盆栽香雪兰(Freesia hybrida)生长发育的影响。结果表明,MeJA对香雪兰的生长发育有明显的调控影响。浸球处理中,所有处理组都促进了株高的生长,1mg/L和100mg/L处理组的小花数量最多,且都早于对照组4d开花;10mg/L组开花比对照组早1周且总花期最长达19d。喷施处理中,400mg/L处理对株高的降低效果最好,10mg/L处理组的小花数最多,1mg/L处理组开花最早且总花期最长;1mg/L处理组的大球数量最多,且繁殖系数最高,比对照组提高35.5%。综上,10~100mg/L喷施处理控制株高的效果最佳,1~100mg/L浸球和1~10mg/L喷施处理最有利于增加香雪兰的小花数并延长花期。

Abstract:The effects of methyl jasmonate (MeJA) on the growth of potted freesias were evaluated by bulb immersing and leaf spraying. Bulb immersing with MeJA promoted plant growth at all tested concentrations, accelerated blooming and increased the number of flowers at 1,0 and 100 mg/L. Interestingly, bulbs immersed with 10 mg/L MeJA blossomed 7 days earlier than the control and the total florescence reached up to 19 days. In leaf spraying treatments, MeJA reduced the plant height significantly and the treatment with 400 mg/L had the best effect. The largest flower number was observed under 10 mg/L treatment. The plants blossomed earliest and the longest total florescence was present under the 1 mg/L treatment. The largest number of bulbs and the highest reproduction coefficient were observed under 1 mg/L treatment. Taken all considerations, leaf spraying with 10-100 mg/L MeJA had the best effect on controlling plant height and bulb immersing with 1-100 mg/L and leaf spraying with 1-10 mg/L MeJA had the best effect on increasing flower number and prolonging florescence.
