野生苋菜在水分胁迫下的适应性表现及其应用探讨

摘    要:通过室内水分控制试验,研究了水分胁迫对4种常见野生苋菜的生长量、叶片相对电导率和叶绿素含量的影响。结果表明,水分胁迫下,4种苋菜生长均受到显著抑制,株高和基径平均降低了29.71%和26.11%,主根长和主根直径平均降低了16.81%和21.84%;叶片相对电导率在水分胁迫下均增大,平均相对增量为313.87%;水分胁迫使叶绿素含量增加了75.13%。研究表明,野生苋菜可能通过形态和生理上2种自我调节方式来适应水分胁迫,满足不同绿地需求,在园林绿化建设中值得推广应用。

Abstract:In this research,the changes of growth,leaf relative leakage and chlorophyll content in 4 amaranth species were analyzed under water stress.The results showed that the aboveground growth in 4 species was inhibited.The average height,base diameter,root length and taproot diameter decreased by 29.71%,26.11%,16.81% and 21.84%,respectively.The relative leaf leakage has increased by 313.87% under water stress.Water stress increased chlorophyll content by 75.13%.We concluded that these 4 amaranth species may adapt to water stress through morphological and physiological self-regulation and thus can meet different green space needs in landscaping construction.
