| 摘 要： | 研究了普通土、营养土、有机基质、有机基质 普通土4种育秧基质对水稻机插秧苗素质的影响,结果表明:有机基质相对于其他3种基质培育的秧苗植株高大,叶片颜色深绿,叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量高;生根数多,最长不定根长,根系吸收面积大,活力强,移栽后发根力强,抗植伤能力强。有机基质是较理想的育苗基质,能够培育适合水稻机插需要的健壮秧苗。

| Abstract: | This experiment studied four kinds of substrates of raising rice seedlings: ordinary soil, nutrition soil, organic substrate ,organic substrate and ordinary soil, which had different effect on qualities in rice seedling. The results showed rice seedling by organic substrate was stronger, contents of chlorophyll , soluble sugar content were higher, the index (root vigor, root system numbers ect) about root system were excelled than others treatments. The result suggested organic substrate was a perfect seedling substrate. |
