| 摘 要： | 以C57BL/6JSlac小鼠为正常对照组,对自发性Ⅱ型糖尿病动物模型KK-Ay/Ta小鼠的体生长曲线、糖代谢曲线、血清胰岛素、主要脏器重量、脏器系数等部分生物学特性数据进行测试和分析,并对其肾脏、肝脏和胰腺等组织形态学变化进行探讨.结果显示:①KK-Ay/Ta小鼠体重、血糖和血清胰岛素水平比对照组高(P<0.01);②雄性KK-Ay/Ta小鼠与对照组间心脏、胰腺差异显著(P<0.05),肝脏、脾脏、肾脏及雄性的各脂肪系数、雌性的脏器脂肪较对照组差异极显著(P<0.01);③30周龄时KK-Ay/Ta小鼠肾小球内玻璃样变性、血管基底膜增厚、肾小管腔内透明管型;肝脏出现明显脂肪变性,并伴随有肝细胞坏死、炎细胞浸润、纤维组织增生;胰岛数量明显减少、体积缩小、胰岛内细胞数量减少.实验结果证明,KK-Ay/Ta小鼠是一种中高度高血糖、高度胰岛素抵抗,胰岛功能不足和肾脏、肝脏病变,且伴随肥胖的良好Ⅱ型糖尿病动物模型.
