黄瓜对霜霉病的抗性与叶绿素含量、气孔密度的相关性

摘    要:对不同品系对霜霉病的抗病性进行了鉴定,并研究了抗病机制。结果表明,在供试的9个品系中存在明显的抗病性差异,品系53、72、S08表现高抗;品系S02,64表现为抗病;品系S06、S01、S09表现为感病。抗病机理研究采用黄瓜叶片叶绿素含量的高低和叶片气孔数量及气孔大小作为依据,结果表明黄瓜叶片中叶绿素的含量与黄瓜品系对霜霉病的抗性呈正相关,而气孔密度与抗性呈负相关。

Abstract:Nine cucumber cultivars were used to identify their resistance to downy mildew and related mechanism in this p aper.The results showed that the resistance v aried significantly among those cul tivars.Cultivar 53,72and S08appea red to be highly resistant,Cultivar S02and 64resistant,and Cultivar S06,S01and S09sensitive respectively.Mechanism of cultivar re sistance was evaluated using the content of chlorophyll,th e number and size of stomata.The resu lt showed that the resistance was positively correlated to the content of chlorophyll,and negativ ely correlated to the stomata density.
