基于系统分析的出口蔬菜安全生产过程控制数字化技术研究

针对出口蔬菜一般批量生产,且蔬菜的种植、加工、管理水平要求较高,特别是要满足国际食品贸易需求的特点,本研究基于出口蔬菜安全生产过程控制原理及HACCP和GMP等理念,采用信息系统分析方法,对出口蔬菜安全生产过程进行了详细的分析,构建了以白葱为例的符合出口蔬菜安全生产过程控制需求规范,并能较为全面、准确表达出口蔬菜安全生产过程及其不同生长时期关键点控制的数字化模型。并借助专家系统实现了出口蔬菜种植过程中涉及的非定量化资料,专家知识和经验的“数字化”,通过估计、推理完成出口蔬菜安全生产的过程控制。

Digitization Process of Export Vegetable Safety Production Controlling Based on System Analysis

Export vegetation usually is in a batch production and with a high acquirement for planting,processing management because it has to meet the international trade needs.Based on the principle of export vegetable safety production process controlling,Hazard Analyses Critical Control Points(HACCP) and Good Management Program(GMP),the paper had analyzed in detail the export vegetable producing process using the information system analysis method and constructed the digital model of export vegetable safety producing process controlling,in which scallion was taken as a case.In addition,these information,expert knowledge and experience that cannot be quantified in export vegetable producing have been digitized by expert system in order to realize the process controlling of export vegetable safety producing.
