| 摘 要： | 德国是体育强国，群众体育和竞技体育发展尤为发达。通过实地考察，辅以文献参证，对德国体育进行全面、系统的梳理，分析德国体育发展的成功经验与模式，探索德国体育事业发展的根本原因，以期为我国体育事业发展提供可资借鉴的策略与方法。

| Abstract: | Germany is one of the leading countries in sports, especially in recreational and competitive sports. The purpose of this study is to contribute its advanced strategies and approaches in sports administration and management to the development of sports in China. An investigation on major German cities has been made, coupled with literature review on German sports to thoroughly and systematically summarize its development history, to analyze its successful experience and development pattern,and to explore the root causes behind its progress. |
