吉林省接骨木属种子形态的初步研究

利用扫描电子显微镜对吉林省接骨木属的５种种子外形，纹饰和种皮构造进行了观察，并拍摄了扫描电镜照片，详细描述了种子外形和纹饰，从纹饰来看接内木属的种子具有两类纹饰；条状纹饰和穴状纹饰，从而为接骨木属的分类及综合开发利用提供可靠的理论依据。

A Preliminary Study on the Seed Morphology of Sambucus in Jilin Province

In the paper,the external form,grain and testa constructure of five spacies belonging to Sambucusin Jilin province were examined with scaming electronic microscope(SEM).The SEM photograph was madeand the external form and grain of seed were described. Acording to grain,the grains of Sambucus seed wasdivided into two kinds : striation grain and hole grain. The paper supplied trustworthy theoretical datum forclassification, comprehensive exploiting and utilizing of Sambucus.
