摘 要: | 采用吲哚丁酸(IBA)、ABT生根粉、萘乙酸(NAA)和吲哚乙酸(IAA)处理笃斯越桔硬枝插穗,并在苔藓、锯木屑、河砂和腐殖质等不同基质上进行扦插试验。结果表明,经IBA和ABT自理的插穗生根率较高,扦插基质则以苔藓为好,同时,为了提高插穗生根率,扦插基质应保持适宜的PH值(4.5 ̄5.5)和充足的水分,以及较高的空气湿度。

Abstract: | Hardwoods of Vaccinium uliginosum L. were treated by IBAABTNAA and IAA.Cutting tests were made in sphagnum,humus soil,sawdust and sund separately.The results summarized as follows:IBA and ABT can increase hardwood's rooting rate.Sphagnum is better than others.It is important for rooting to keep suitable pH(4.55.5) and plenty moisture and higher air humidity. |
