摘    要:目的分析测定北冬虫夏草中的无机元素.方法采用ICP—AES法对北冬虫夏草中无机元素进行了分析测定.结果该方法的加标回收率为97.5%-108.6%,RSD为0.10%-4.30%,检出限为0.0004-0.0945mg/L,具有良好的准确度和精密度.结论北冬虫夏草中Cu,Mn,Mg,K,Fe元素含量较为丰富,实验结果为北冬虫夏草中元素含量与其药效的相关性提供科学数据.

Determination of Inorganic Elements in Cordyceps militaris by Using ICP-AES

Abstract:Objective Analysis and determination of inorganic elements in Cordyceps militaris. Method The contents of inorganic elements in Cordyceps militaris were analyzed by using ICP-AES. Results The recovery ratio was between 97.5% and 108.6% ,RSD was 0. 10%-4.30% and the detection limit was 0. 0004 -0. 094 5 mg/L,which had better accuracy and precision. Conclusion Cordyceps militaris was abundant of Cu,Mn,Mg,K and Fe elements and can provide scientific data for discussing the relevance about the elements content of Cordyceps militaris and its drug efficacy.
