亚麻屑碎料板密度对板芯层升温速度的影响

摘    要:亚麻屑碎料板生产工艺多数确定,历来是以木材碎料板的有关理论为依据,缺少自身的相应理论用于指导实践,对借用木材碎料板的理论是否合理,也无法在理论上加以验证.本文对亚麻屑碎料板的密度对芯层升温速度有何影响和碎料板芯层在热压过程中芯层升温过程加以研究,在理论上对亚麻屑碎料板芯层温度的变化规律作了初步探讨,以此为该种人造板制造工艺参数的确定提供理论依据.

The Influence of Flax Particle Board Density on Temperature Speed of the Core

Abstract:It was always on the basis of relevant theory of timber particle board to determine the technol- ogy parameter in producing flax particle board.It was because of no its own corresponding theory guided to practice,had no capability to prove the borrowed theory of timber particle board correct or not in theory ei- ther. This paper studied the influence of flax particle board density on the speed of core temperature going-up- and the core temperature going-up in the hot-press process,initial studied the various regulations of flax article core temperature. It provided a theoretical basis for confirming technology parameter in manufacturing such wood-based panel.
