摘 要: | 阐述了测量系统重复性和再现性(GR&R)分析的方法、数学统计模型,利用残差分析对模型的正态性、方差齐次性等假设条件进行检验,同时以某阀体质量的测量系统分析为例进行实证研究,根据GR&R分析结果,确定测量系统误差的主要原因,找到测量系统的改进方向及方法,并给出了改进意见.

Abstract: | Describing the analysis method and mathematics model of measurement system repeatability and reproducibility (GR&R), residual analysis is used to test assumptions such as the model' s normality and homogeneity of variance. The measurement system analysis of a body' s quality is taken as an example, according the result of the GR&R analysis and residual analysis to determine the main reason of measurement system error and find the direction and method to improve the measurement system, and gives suggestions for improvement. |
