平榛不同发育时期同工酶酶谱变化

摘    要:采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳,分析了平榛(Corylus heterophylla)不同发育时期的过氧化物酶、酯酶同工酶酶谱.结果表明:不同时期过氧化物酶同工酶酶带数目、强弱变化很大,在枝条韧皮部、萌动芽和幼叶中酶带数目较多,活性强.其中R(?)的酶带活性随着树体生长而增强,在幼叶开始生长时最强,叶片成熟时消失;R(?)的酶带从芽萌动开始增强,随着坚果发育和叶片成熟又减弱.酯酶同工酶仅在未层积种子、层积种子和萌动芽中显带,其中层积处理种子中酶带多,活性强.

The Isozyme Changes of Siberian Filbert in Different Development Periods

Abstract:The activity and spectra of peroxidase and esterase of Siberian filbert in different development periods were analysed by the discontinuous system of PAGE. The result showed that the enzyme band numbers and densities of peroxidase vary greatly in different periods. The enzyme band numbers of the branch phloem,bud and your leaves were comparativly more and their activities higher. In which, the activity of Rf0. 33 enzyme band increased with the growth of the shrub,it reached culmination when budding and disappeared when leaves ripened. The activity of Rf0.64 enzyme band increased when bud began growing,and decreased with the development of the nuts and ripening of the leaves. The esterase isozyme bands only occured in the seeds(stratificated or not stratificatea) and the budding buds,in which ,the number of enzyme bands was the most and the enzyme activities were the highest in the stratificated seeds.
