摘    要:目的研究银杏叶提取物(Extract of Ginkgo biloba Leaves,EGb)对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌的抑菌作用.方法通过测定抑菌环直径和最低抑菌浓度(minimum inhibitory concentration,MIC)检测EGb对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌的体外抑菌效果.结果EGb对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌环直径为16.5mm,MIC值为12.5mg/mL;EGb对大肠埃希菌的抑菌环直径为14.5mm,MIC值为25mg/mL.结论EGb对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌都有抑菌作用,EGb作为天然抗菌剂与防腐剂具有广阔的开发利用前景.

On the Antibacterial Activity of Extract of Ginkgo Biloba Leaves

Abstract:Objective To study the antibacterial activity of extract of Ginkgo biloba leaves (EGb) on Staphylococcus aureus and E. coll. Method Antimierobial circle diameter and minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) were used as the indexes to test the antibacterial effect of EGb. Results The antimicrobial circle diameter of EGb to Staphylococcus aureus was 16.5 mm, and MIC was 12.5 mg/mL. The antimierobial circle diameter of EGb to E. coli was 14. 5 ram, and MIC was 25 mg/mL. Conclusion EGb has certain effect on both Staphylococcus aureus and E. coli, showing a broad prospect of development and utilization as a natura] antibacterial agent and antiseptic.
