我国居民水产品消费水平与消费特征分析

中国是世界上最大的水产品生产国,但我国居民水产品消费水平并不高.本文分析了我国水产品消费水平的现状和趋势及原因以及我国水产品消费的主要特征及其成因:即水产品消费的城乡绝对差距,水产品与其它副食品消费的相对差距两部分的水产品消费城乡差异;由水产品加工技术和规模的限制及各地社会经济发展的不平衡造成的水产品消费地域性差异;户外消费呈现增长趋势;并就如何提高我国水产品的消费水平进行了讨论.
