| Abstract: | Through the inspection of domestic and foreign modem agricultural development tendency,unified the Hunan agriculture actual situation to propose the Hunan modem agriculture strategy guiding ideology,the strategic localization and the strategic key point under the new rural reconstruction background,and propose the corresponding countermeasures. |
