| 摘 要： | 农业的现代化和农业劳动生产率的提高，最终以农村劳动力的转移为前提。本文根据湖南贫困地区农村劳动力转移的实证材料，系统分析了目前贫困地区农村劳动力转移的特点与难点，并结合实际提出了具体的对策。
