不同逆境胁迫信号对超级稻幼苗生理生化影响及植物激素变化的初步研究

摘    要:通过比较盐、冷、热激三种不同胁迫预处理后超级稻幼苗在低温伤害条件下含水量、过氧化氢酶(catalase,CAT酶)活性、同工酶谱、内源激素的变化,初步研究超级稻的适应性机制。结果表明,水稻幼苗经过不同胁迫预处理后,与未处理的对照苗相比,含水量有所提高;热激预处理苗CAT酶活性高于对照,而盐迫和低温则稍低于对照;同工酶谱变化各有异同,也有其独特性;冷处理苗的脱落酸(abscisic acid,ABA)含量高于对照,而热激处理苗ABA含量稍低于对照,三种预处理苗的赤霉素(gibberellin,GA 3)、玉米素(zeatin,Z)、吲哚乙酸(indole-3-acetic acid,IAA)含量均高于未处理苗。

Abstract:The changes of the water contents,activities of CAT enzyme,POD isoenzyme zymograms and plant hormones in super rice seedlings with salt,cold and heat shock pre-treatment were measured in order to preliminary research on the mechanism of adaptation of super rice.By comparing with non-pretreated control(CK),the water contents,the CAT activities of heat pre-treated seedlings were higher than CK.In contrast,the CAT enzyme activity of salt pre-treated seedlings and cold pre-treated ones were lower than CK.The POD isoenzymes zymograms were different and specific.The changes of the contents of ABA in salt and cold pre-treated seedlings were higher than CK,but the heat pre-treated seedlings were lower.The contents of GA3?Z?IAA in the three different pre-treated seedlings were higher than the non-pretreated ones.
